StreamSec Short ElGamal Tools 3.0

StreamSec Short ElGamal Tools 3.0 contains components for generation and
verification of Short ElGamal signatures, which are 25% smaller than DSA
signatures with the same security bounds. 

This product bundle includes the packages STCore, STHash, STEncrypt, STPKC and STShortElGamalPKC.

Delphi6, Delphi7, Delphi2005 and Delphi2006 are supported.
