StrSecII becomes StreamSec Tools!

Since the development of StrSecII now has reached a certain level of quality, we now feel the time has come to change the somehow technical name of StrSecII to a more product specific one  - StreamSec Tools.

The new name, apart from being easier to pronounce ;-) tells more about the product today as well as of its functionality.

The first major version of StreamSec Tools will be StreamSec Tools 2. The number 2 corresponds to the "II" in StrSecII.
